Shipping policy

Shipping Cost & Timelines (Canada):

Free shipping on orders of $250 or more. Orders under $250 will be charged a $15 shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Timelines: 

In-Stock Items: 1-2 business days (Ontario & Quebec); 3-5 business days (Rest of provinces)

Made-To-Order Items: 5-10 business days (Canada-wide)

***Please note our working days are from Monday-Friday (excluding statutory holidays). Orders placed on the weekend will be made/shipped the next working day. All in-stock and made-to-order items are shipped together in 1 package not separately.

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Milton, Ontario. Canadian customers will not be required to pay any duties/custom taxes.

Once your order is made, we will send you an email about your delivery date and details.  A tracking number will be provided to you.

As it takes us about 3-7 working days to make made-to-order items, please wait at least 7 working days before contacting us about an order update. If you haven’t received an order update from us after 7 working days of placing your order, please contact us at modestforeverca@gmail.com

Incorrect Shipping Address:

Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address when placing your order. If you enter the wrong shipping address and your item(s) are already sent out for shipping, we are not liable and cannot issue any refunds or exchanges.

NOTE: We don't ship to PO or APO boxes. If your order is shipped to a PO or APO box and is returned to us, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
