Refund policy

If you don’t absolutely love our products then we aren’t happy.

That’s why we stand by our 7 days no-questions asked refund/exchange policy.

Refunds will be issued to the payment method you used to purchase your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in new condition, meaning your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it in. Please include the original tags and packaging when returning any items. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hijabs, khimars, naqabs, and hijab caps due to hygiene reasons. If any hijabs, khimars, naqabs, and hijab caps are defective or damaged or you received the wrong item, then we will happily provide a refund or exchange.

Please note that unless you are returning/exchanging an item that is wrong, defective or damaged, you will be required to pay any return shipping fees. If you receive any item that is defective, damaged or wrong, you will need to provide pictures or video as proof.

Steps to start a return or exchange:

  1. To start a return, please contact us at modestforeverca@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.

In your email, please include the following so we can process your refund or exchange:

       3. The item(s) that are being returned

       4. Any feedback you would like to share with us on how we can improve (optional)

       5. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package in Milton, Ontario. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted. You can expect to receive a response from us within 24-48 hours.

If you are shipping any returned or exchanged items to us, please provide a tracking number.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please share pictures of any defective, damaged or wrong items when contacting us. You will not be required to pay any extra fees (ex. shipping fee) if you would like to return or exchange an item that is wrong, defective or damaged. Simply contact us and we'll handle all the necessary arrangements.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be issued to the payment method you used to purchase your order.

If more than 7 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at modestforeverca@gmail.com.

Cancelling Order

Please email us at modestforeverca@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing your order if you need to cancel your order. After 1 hour, you will need to return any item(s) to get a refund.

Modifying Order

Please email us at modestforeverca@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing your order if you need to modify your order. After 1 hour, you will need to return any item(s) to get a refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure you enter the correct shipping address when placing your order. If you enter the wrong shipping address and your item(s) are already sent out for shipping, we are not liable and cannot issue any refunds or exchanges.

NOTE: We don't ship to PO or APO boxes. If your order is shipped to a PO or APO box and is returned to us, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
