Q: What is your refund policy?

A: We are a family run business & your satisfaction is our priority.

If you don’t absolutely love your products then we aren’t happy.

That’s why we stand by our 7-days no-questions asked refund/exchange policy.

To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact us at before returning any products. In your email, please include the following so we can process your refund or exchange:

  1. A receipt or proof of purchase
  2. The order number
  3. The items that are being returned
  4. Your name & email address
  5. Any feedback you would like to share with us on how we can improve (optional)

After you have contacted us, we will send you information within 24-48 hours about how you can return your products. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted. 

All products being returned must be in new condition, meaning your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it in. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please include the original tags and packaging when returning any items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for hijabs, khimars, naqabs, and hijab caps due to hygiene reasons.

Please note that unless you are returning/exchanging an item that is wrong, defective or damaged, you will be required to pay any return shipping fees.

Q: How do I return or exchange my order?

A: Please follow the steps below to initiate a return or exchange:

1. To start a return, please contact us at within 7 days of receiving your item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.

2. If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted. You can expect to receive a response from us within 24-48 hours.

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: 1. Once you place an order, it takes us about 5-10 days to make your order and ship it.

2. Once shipped, shipping times may take approximately another 10-15 days before the items reach your home. However, in some cases, it is possible you may receive your order approximately 30 days after ordering it. We will try our best to get your order delivered to you sooner than that. Most orders typically arrive approximately 15-20 days after you place your order.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

A: Please email us at within 1 hour of placing your order if you need to modify or cancel your order. After 1 hour, you will need to return any item(s) to get a refund.

Q: What happens if my order doesn't fit me?

A: Within 7 days of receiving your order, you may request a return or exchange if you don't like how your clothes fit on you.
